Ok, I deposited onto Bet Jamaica around the 20th using a deposit option called "Prima Pin" - A prepaid phone card you purchase with your credit card. 2 days later I decided I hated the layout and the customer support (horribly horrible) "You must wait 3 days after depositing with prima pin for us to recieve the funds from the processor" Ok, I thought, makes sense. Wait my time and try again only getting the same message. I have been doing this every day since then and still the same message, until today. (waited thurs, fri, sat, sun. I get a message saying " you must wait 7 days" Wow I thought, either Prima Pin is messed up or BETJM just wants someone aka me to use their casino or other ridiculous RIGGED games. Now there customer serivce told me to wait until tommaorw.

I would never use this online sports book or casino ever again in my life.

Bet Jamaica will be recieving this link and hopefully they reply.

Got this all sorted out. They changed their policy clearing from 3 days to 7 days due to a rash of stolen credit card chargebacks. I totally understand now and they said the MG withdrawl will be processed and sent tommaorw (hopefully). It just gets frustrating when dealign with the live chat rep who knows jack shit about what there talking about and are most of the time from a differnt company ie. absolute, or some other online gambling xchange. The manager scotty was very helpful and said if anyone ever has problems with Bet Jamaica to contact him personally and he will get it sorted. Once you get past the lower ranks of this company and get to the higher persons in command this is what you get, SATISFACTION. They even had no problem talking to me -- my girlfriend is the account holder -- because she can't speak due to sudden illness. I would use Bet Jamaica again, but never with prima prepaid in case I need to withdrawl same day.
