They are legit. It's not a waste of time, if you are looking for a little practice money. It's normally not enough to start a bankroll, but you might be pro
Some require ID. I found it was worth my time.

Definately
It's DEFINITELY worth it. I think its Poker Source Online, Not sure on the exact website, but when you sign up with them (takes about 7 days to get your first roll) Theyll give you 50 on say absolute, then 50 on ultimatebet, then 50 on full tilt. You just have to keep surpasing the required played hands/raked hands and they give you another roll.

I see a future thread...
"I signed up for some free money deal a while ago. Now I want rakeback on this account....how do I get rakeback?"Well over $300,000 free every month in 2011 with freerolls, rake races, and rake chases!
www.RakeGuard.com has the highest rakeback percentages available.
RakeGuard...more than just rakeback.

05-11-2008 #8For Free Money, Rakeback and some 6x Ongame bonuses, I recommend PokerSource.
I recommend Cardrunners for superb poker coaching. It was honestly the single biggest improvement in my game signing up there! Sign-up fee might seem steep, but it pays itself back within weeks.
