I don't know if anyone is interested, or if anyone cares, but here's my idea.

I was thinking that, we do a lotto type thing, in which, everybody who wants entry send entry amount of money (Let's say $10) for somebody to hold. Once all the people have entered, or the contest entry time is over, Or whatever, the money holder randomly draws a name. The name that has been drawn recieves all the money of entry fees. The draw would have to be one site only.

I was thinking maybe a trusted Mod could hold the money.

If this appeals to people, the set up could also be changed to pay more people, etc.
