hey bro, it sounds to me like you are being extremely results oriented. against a 20BB stack, top pair top kicker is a monster hand and folding there just because you have some vague feeling your opponent has two pair would be pretty weak. and if the second hand is also .05/.10, i think you played it fine also. QQ is not the nuts preflop, but it is a very strong hand and one that i don't think you should get in the habit of laying down for 50BBs or whatever.
