I just started taking poker seriously and figured that in life you always need guidance and instruction. I am hear to learn and become a kick ass poker pro. I honestly think I can do it, you can do anything with enough hard work.
I play NL20 on Cake, I just usually play NL50 but I can only handle about 3 tables of that. What do you guys suggest for multitabling with a 500 dollars bankroll and what should I buy in? The full amount or the minimum? Should I stick to NL20 even though im running good at 50. What are tips you guys have for multiabling, and how you manage your poker skillz, keep payin the billz...
I'm Coleman.

Your bankroll is fine at that level. When you double it, start taking shots at NL50 and see how you do. Sounds like you have a good understanding of poker and how you are going to proceed...10 steps ahead of other newbs I've seen.

Rake
I of course didn't enter any rakeback when I signed up with cake or when I deposited. Can I still get rakeback? Who has the best?

Unfortunately Cake does not allow existing accounts to receive rakeback. You can always sign up a new account at another reputable site and receive rakeback there. If you need help with this, please let me know. As far as the best rakeback company, the sites that advertise here are all great. There was a recent thread regarding this, so rather than hijacking your thread, I'll just link you to this one:

with a $500 bankroll, stick to NL20 with as many tables open as you feel comfortable. Always always always buy in for the full amount. And don't let KRE8R trick you into letting him touch you in uncomfortable spots....I'm still getting therapy.
