You prolly just suck @ poker, and fail to accept it, so you blame it for being rigged instead of blaming yourself.

I guess you can play a little more then decide. It is common to have a bad run of 50, even 500 hands.
However, online casino are heavily raked (not sure about real casinos because I never played, just watched). In my experience, if not the rake I would have earned $160 for every $100 I earn now. You need to be significantly better than your table mates to actually earn a profit.

Like real casinos there are very weak players all over the place. You can start with the low limit games and see how things turn out.

But when I tried Pokerstars, I always get "screwed" in the cash games. For example, whenever I get QQ or KK, someone else always seems to have AA. Luckily I didn't lose too much money because I was only experimenting with the penny games. I also seem to witness a lot of all in "races" between hands like AQ and 77, and the flop will be AQx, but the river will often be the 7. So sick.

So yesterday I wanted to try to sit n goes. Always suspicious of online poker, I only started with the $10 sit n go. The first hand I got 99 on the button so I raised. The big blind called with K8. Flop was K98. The turn was a K so obviously we both went all in and I had about 20 chips left. I put him on AK or KQ.

So I went all in the next hand with Q5 to get it over with. I had about five callers. But the board ended up looking like 576QQ and I actually won the hand against five people.

That's crazy. I'm not sure if online poker is completely random, and I don't think anyone knows for sure. But I'm not making money. Then again, maybe I haven't played enough.

Any comments?
Try Full Tilt Poker. The cards will play out much more realistic. You will still get the bad beats you are suppose to get but nothing like the retarded things you see on pokerstars.

I swear if there's any more "online poker is rigged" talk in this thread I'm locking it.

There are about a million already on the forum, so keep the paranoia in there please.

With power comes corruption eh David. Not one person said anything on this thread about being rigged. Perhaps you should have closed it after the initial post. Maybe even delete it right from the get go. Maybe part of the site registering agreement should be that there is no discussion about anything except approved subjects like the river rats suckouts that are not suckouts half the time or post yo hot bichez.

Come on willjim, he is not being corrupt. This is an unfair claim. We all know where you stand on the issue of Stars being rigged and your comment above definitely pertained to that. We all get tired of seeing people argue over whether poker sites are rigged. This thread did seem to be heading in that direction based on what the OP said. Try not to dish out the "with power comes corruption" speaches without a good reason. That argument could be made for me much sooner than David anyway.
