Nowadays it's probably someone like Antonius or sbrugby or durrrr, quite a few more that I'm forgetting. How high does cts play these days? He could be a contender I suppose.

I am pretty sure its Patrik Antonius and not even close.
People like durrr have donated huge in the PLO games.
Antonius wins at NLHE, PLO, Limit - pretty much everything.
