Default Im so confuseeeeedd

I dont know im rereading phil gordons little green book, and just Idk finished 96th in the 200 us freeroll the other day

and i have confidence in myself and in my game, but I dont know after someone staked me 10 and i got up to 21, then blew it

then another stake of 5, got up to 37, then br management and joining a $3 rebuy didnt help (actually this was my first stake)

then another 5, and I just flat out blew it...

Im more prepared, have br management and know mostly everything now, but I have this gut saying I dont wanna lose 50 dollars, but if i play smart within a year i could have a SOLID br....

someone help me ha

ya man, that $3r is a no go. just gotta set limits according to your BR and stick to them. I believe you know what stakes you should be playing. you have to be very disciplined and patient, knowing that a $1 pot is critical.

With a BR of $50 or less i would suggest learning and playing limit poker. I started with about $50 and learned LHE and Oh/l, you can read all the books on strategy and do well. But, really at the low stakes, all you got to do is wait around for a decent hand and get paid off good.

It's no surprise you lost the money before because you couldn't possibly be properly rolled.

Just put in $50 and play $2 cash or $1 tourneys (and no rebuys).
