Is this a new site? Are they serious about the 100$ bonus?

Nope, it's a scam site trying to get free affiliate sign-ups through EverestPoker. I suggest you go to EverestPoker.com directly and avoid letting those scammers make money :-)

zomg, a new site! And it's not cheap at all to host it on a .tk domain.
