epassporte works, but it takes forever to load money into (7-10 business days).
You can load money onto Stars using Visa Gift2Go cards, but they can be finicky when you try to use themIf you are one in a million, there's eight just like you in Manhattan.

you can load money onto epassporte if you have 2 visa cards. I got money into my PS account within 10 minutes this way. you have to verify their pending charges on both cards then you are good to go.
