A bad beat here and there, and now, my flush busted by a better flush. I have pocket 9's, he has pocket 10's. We both hit trips, I have king kicker, he has Ace kicker.

It's happened a few times that when I'm in a losing streak, it's because the other guy has one notch better cards.

When I'm on a winning streak, well, I guess the reverse happened most of the time to the other guy. Or his 2 pairs get busted because I hit trips on the turn, stuff like that.

Not here to complain, just I noticed it's very streaky. It "seems" there's a pattern. Either I play against weak players and I win, or I play against maniacs and they get lucky with their 3 outers.

Yes it'S called variaton, probably, but it'S a roller coaster. It's not something like ok I win one I lose 2 I win 3 I lose one, I win 3 I lose 2, etc.

It's win win win win win lose, win win lose, win win win lose or

I'm glad someone else notices this, I will go on a winning streak and build up my $$ and then I get to cocky and end up losing it on a hand that in mind mind going all in was a sure bet and the one hand that could have beat me, he's got... and I do not see it because i am blind to the fact that I have won like 7 or 8 hands in a row easily... it blows and then I will lose for about the next 10-15 hands, it's like a cycle that it puts you in.
