For my skill level and meager bankroll, sitting down to a round a poker with the likes of Ivey, Negreanu, Brunson, and Hellmuth at my table would be more like my worst nightmare than my ultimate fantasy.

Now if I should ever find myself at a table with Pam Anderson, Jessica Simpson, and the ladies from Desperate Housewives, THAT would seem like more of a fantasy!

NASCAR is to a sport! How dare you, Dale would be turning in his grave if he knew... I am so mad at the thought of.... hahahahahahahahahahahahaha. Driving around in circles a sport. Sure it takes some 'skill' and endurance, but so do a lot of things.

Everything on ESPN is not a sport. As we have all seen the spelling bee and fishing. Poker is a card GAME. Not a card sport. Knitting something well I am sure takes a lot of concentration, but it is definately not a sport. Same thing with making model airplanes.

I like the op think with MJ bosox and I wouldn't mind your poker games mxp2004, but would anything be better then having the skills and talent to be a professional athelet. To be paid millions to play? How awesome would that be? Doesn't matter your sport. And beyond that, to be considered one of the best would be my ultimate sports fantasy!

Fishing is most definitely a sport. I'm not talking about freshwater fishing for trout. I'm talking about saltwater fishing for billfish, grouper, pompano, etc. Fishing is a sport. Poker is not a sport in my opinion. Also, I don't feel cheerleading is a sport. Yet you still get a letter for it. LOL.

Oh, and I don't like NASCAR. Also, golf is a sport.

Competive cheer is a sport, sideline cheer is not. IMHO....
