Default WTB: Automatic card shuffler (not cheap one)

Hello all;

what I am looking to purchase is an automatic shuffling machine like the ones used at casino blackjack tables. It has 2 sides, it shuffles 1 deck (or sets of decks) while the other is in play. I recently saw an event on TV where they had this built into the poker table, so that the dealer didn't have to shuffle he just took the shuffled deck out of the unit and put the other deck in to be shuffled.

I have looked online and haven't seen anything other than the cheap $15-$30 ones and that is not what I am looking for.

Any help here would be appreciated.

Thanks

try contacting a casino and see where they get theres from.

you could try contacting the gamblers store in vegas they carry everything or would at least know where to find one, possibly used, I'm sure they are not cheap

I've asked the casino's here in Manitoba, and the best guess from the dealers I got was around $3,000. Not sure how accurate that is mind you, but if you convert it's prlly around $2,300 USD for one.

Why do you need a really expensive one? Mine was $15 and it works fine.

Hmm just make sure you check...this is whatthe dealer told me, and it IS approximate, but I couldn't see casinos paying anyless, as the companies who make them know what a casino could afford

For what its worth, the floor manager at the MGM said that the ones they use are 10-12K (!). I'm going down to the Gambler's Book Store this week to look for some Omaha books and I'll try to remember to check if they sell them. Their website is down right now for some reason.
