yeah but i'm not sure the majority of people who have 20 posts on here fall into that category.

i said 30-40%, but i meant more 40% than 30...maybe i shoulda said 40-50%...i think most of the regulars here are winning players, and some of the random people are, but we currently have 103 people on here with more than 20 posts, so i'm having to consider more than just the really regular posters.

Ok - who wants to tell me what I'm doing wrong, then?

I don't get the poll. Why not just do one that asks if you're a winning player Yes/No. And make it public so we know who the PFoers are. Then you can get the %

I've said before that the only definition of a winning player is someone who as of now has won more on poker than they've lost. Ever.

No, I've won for the last month, year, week or whatever. But counting every cent spent.

I've kept track of every penny I've bet and can tell you to the cent my profit to date.

I think many people consider themselves winners because they have bracketed their timeframe based on a given rationale, but I think the actual winners are few. I voted 20-30% based on the criteria, interesting to see what other people voted.

Rex.

I think taht at least 50% of pople who study the game should be winners. Of course all studier are not winner, but all winners are studier...

So poeple here seem to study the game I would put them as winners...

At least you were thinking of me.

Sucks to be the ONLY one who can't win, though.
