Check the PPA site for the best info possible. Those guys are our voice in Washington. Just read up on the status of poker in Washington State. Hot damn, Felony 3? For playing?

New Jersey has been legalized online gambling, although I was looking forward on the whole US to legalized but when you think of some pros and cons of the situations its a good decisions that several of the states in US has been regulated. But still, Barney Frank doesn't stop the bill, as long as their is a discussion about the gambling revenues.

I really don't see why it's not legalized. They could make a lot more money with taxation and what not.

Some seem to think this(black friday) was just the first step in the USA making it legal to play online poker. Some seem to think the USA is going to try and open a massive online poker room to compete with PS, FT, and AP, and what better time to try and open it then when USA players are locked out of those 3 poker rooms. Whatch you talkin about Willis. I don't think the US will ever ease on gambling.
