Although I have never really been a big-time smoker per se, I did really enjoy it when I did smoke on occasion. I have always wished I could find an alternative that didnt have the adverse side effects.
I decided to buy an electronic cigarette and I have to say, WOW, what an amazing device it is.
Anyone else ever tried one of these things? They are truly amazing and I will never go back to regular smokes again.
If anyone is truly interested in more details just respond below and I will post more (and no, I am not getting commission or anything).

Tried a Newport back in high school. The one and only time Ive smoked. It had me craving another one for two days after that. Decided that was the sign I needed to stay the hell away from them. Wise choice IMO.
How exactly do these work?

I only smoke when I'm drinking. But then it makes my mouth and chest feel really weird the next day, so I never do it any other time.

how do you ration them? is it like a cartridge per cigarette sort of thing? does the smoke come out hot?
do you find its actually satisfying? when i have cigarettes like left over from a night out i can't help but smoke the rest a few per day till theyr'e gone but i don't crave them after that
physically the nicotene is gone from your body after 3 days so its only a mental addiction but once every month or two i'll buy a pack and take a week to go through it and feel like a dumbass each time

Basically you just puff til you are done. No real way to ration them. I was worried about this myself as well but discovered that I just kind of "know" when I am done, which is nice because if you smoke a real cig you tend to just smoke the whole thing whereas the e-cig you can take 4 or 5 puffs and be done.
You get about 7 to 10 cigarettes worth from each cartridge and yes the vapor (not actually smoke) does come out hot.
It is satisfying but nothing will ever perfectly replace a cigarette which is something that a smoker would have to wrap his mind around if he wants to switch to e-cigs. If you are not a frequent smoker then these things are not going to do much for you. I am not a regular smoker by any means but I really enjoy the feeling of smoking, flavor etc. I never wanted to become addicted to real cigs though because of the negative side effects. When I saw the e-cig I was dying to try it out. After I got it in the mail and took one puff off of it I knew I would never smoke another cigarette (or cigar for that matter) again.
They may not be for everyone but if there are people who really want to quit smoking or simply want the joys of smoking without the negative side effects then they should check out the e-cig.
I actually just got done ordering a bunch of flavors as well like chocolate, peach, Red Bull, Dr. Pepper (I'm looking at you Corey
), and a few others.
