Hmm...Just a little update.
My weight has stayed around 243 ish for the last litller while, but I have managed to lose an inch off my waist, and a few around arms, legs, chest, etc...
I've gotten a lot stronger as well, but still need to keep going.
I bought an nice little sony MP3 with 512 mb to help with the 20 min cardio and 45 min workouts - it's fricken awesome, it destorys the iPod shuffle IMHO
I'm gonna keep on truckin now, as it's officially heading into week 4...
