So strangely enough my laptop screen has turned a slight blue color? I don't know what the fuck anyone know anything about computers?

I know everything about computers. But it's going to be hard to help you... Here's some advice though
It could be so many different things - overheating, loose monitor cable (there is a small ribbon cable used in laptops, and these get damaged easily), broken LCD, or even just a wrong color temperature setting...
Try connecting an external monitor, and see if it has the same problem. At least that eliminates a couple possibilities.

display settings... make sure that the color palette for the screen hasnt changed somehow

Definaltely sounds like a pin is not connecting. Anything else change recently? Upgrade any drivers? What operating system? What model of laptop?
