    Default Critique my life/semi-retirement plan

Ok, so basically I have found myself in a position where I can almost retire at the age of 23 (almost 24 and I feel old) years of age.
Basically what my plan is, is to become a semi retired poker player in the next few months (around christmas).

I have a pretty good mixture of liquid and non-liquid assets and I also have a lot of ways I can get quick money should I ever find myself in trouble.
I am massively over rolled for the poker limits that I play (2/4 NL is my standard but I bumhunt up to 25/50 NL).

The following are the liquid and non-liquid assets I have, bearing in mind my (and my girlfriends) intentions are to move overseas early next year, probably will be living in London but will spend maybe 50% time there and the other 50% travelling around Europe, Asia, USA.

    $13k in my bank account
    ~$7.5m apartment
    ~$500k apartment
    ~$700k apartment
    $25k term deposit
    $243k shares
$80k USD in my Full Tilt account (~123k aud)
$15k USD in my partypoker account (~22k aud)
Lotus Elise SC worth about $100k (will either sell or put into storage before going o/s)
Ducati 1098 worth about $30k (will either sell or put into storage before going o/s)

$6k currently owing on my amex
$2k currently owing on my visa
$77k currently owing on my mortgage/overdraft/need urgent monies account (I can virtually draw unlimited funds from this account should I need it)

So basically the plan is, to pay my day to day living expenses by playing poker, I now have over 3 million hands (including about 150k hands of 2/4 NL and about 50k hands of high stakes 5/10+) with a 5.7ptbb/100 winrate and I hope to put a lot more time into poker once I quit my job, will basically play 1 or 2 live sessions per week but my main poker sessions will be 4-5 4 hour sessions (sometimes more time permitting) playing 6-8 tables of 2/4 and 3-4 tables of 5/10 & 10/20+ depending on how the tables are looking.

I will also continue to do bits and pieces of work when it comes up, like 1 to 2 month contract type jobs and I will also be keeping my mind active by continuing to trade shares, post news articles on pfo, maybe coach 1 or 2 ssnl players and maybe even try to get some economics articles published.

That is my basic plan/mind vomit into the form of a forum thread, any thoughts/advice would be greatly appreciated and if I missed something let me know and I will post an answer

[edit] forgot to add that I will be selling my Melbourne apartment (hopefully get 500k) which will pay what I do owe on my credit cards/overdraft account and leave me with about 400k in the bank to reinvest in shares & spend on caprioska's by the pool in Bali

I would take 5 k out of my Full tilt acct and put it in a ROTH IRA and contribute yearly to it and pay off my cc debt

I put my normal day to day expenses on my credit card because I get 2 x qantas frequent flyer points for every $1 I spend - I pay the full balance of my credit cards at the end of each month before the interest free period runs out

Photos are from when it was just built - it's being lived in now by a friend who is leasing it from me

such a sicko, guessing you're too young to have a degree, did you luckbox in property market?

why do you have so little cash? i'd want some slightly more liquid assets than having 80% of my net worth in an apartment, live off of dividends from shares

vnh if this isn't a level
