Best way to do it is make a draw, and people arrange their own matches at a time and buy in convenient to them.
Obv if I am fortunate enough to be drawn against Dee I want to try and play for more than $5.

What are the chances of getting everyone in the tourney at the same time? I think Wota may have the idea about just drawing and then playing in our own time, maybe with a specific time that the games have to be played by.

I think we did that once & it didn't work too well
Having to negotiate every HU with a random PFOer is also somewhat inconvenient.
Another thing is the railing etc. aspect is gone, it's priceless to have FaDi and other railbirds commenting on the play
