Seany that's utter bs.

There are quite a few 10nl etc. players here who are really working at their game and it won't take them all that long to get to higher stakes (or up the the nosebleeds that you obv play to call everyone else donks). They are far better for the forum than a really good player occasionally saying "raise" or "fold".

tbh it's lucky I found this thread in amongst the gems of wisdom you are obviously posting...

tbh this has nothing to do with actual players here, who are a part of this community, improving their games and trying to move up stakes. I'm talking about the influx we seem to get every week of people with $8 BRs and post whoring.

I don't know the guy who owns this forum, but I really think we need proven winning players in charge of some section that explain plays and why play x is better than play y. THEN an intelligent debate can go on if somebody gives good points about play y is better because of...

It's should be different than HA section, because only restricted members can start threads and so on.

Here's and example of the suggested format. I really do think it can help a lot of people here.

So you want a great player to go over his thought processes street by street for nothing whatsoever!?!?!?!?!?!

The reason Greenstein gave a few examples is because he got PAID for it, same as any other really good player! Why do you think poker books are all the same? Because the really good players don't want to tell you how to be really good, they just give you basic strategies.

It makes me laugh whenever I hear them on the WPT say how reads don't matter, it's all about the cards and betting patterns, give me a fucking break.

There is never anything in poker book about psychology beyond loose-tight/ passive-aggressive, watch how they play hands. it's all focused on a solid basic strategy so you turn into a slightly profitable player that they can run over.

To ask a great player to post HHs on how they play to simply help out new players is absolutely retarded. Maybe if you paid them they would do it.

Hey, while you're at it why don't you go start a restaraunt and find a business consultant who will help you out outta the kindness of his heart because you are new and inexperienced.

missed a word. I was saying that in that "new" section, it should be different and restricted members only can start threads but I guess we can forget that.
