So we are finally back home and settling in. Things got crazy during the delivery when the babies heart rate started dropping. My wife had just gotten her epidural 30 minutes before when the doctor decided it was time to get the baby out NOW! Needless to say the room filled with about 8 nurses and they started making calls prepping this and that. They had to use a suction tool to pull him out at one point and when they finally got him they discovered that he had the umbilical cord wrapped around his neck. Everything turned out okay since the doctor was able to get him out fairly quickly though.

Anyway his name is Christian Luke and he was born on Friday March 14 at 1:16 pm weighing in at 7 lbs 15 ozs and 20 inches long. I will post pics later.
