As many of u know when i started out getting stake by dee and wota and so on, then i moved on to PTP and ruined my chances after a little problem

and they all end in tilt, my tilting problem

I have a problem, because i started out saying it was just a side thing then one big winning day i was like yeah ill be making thousands by next year, and also with my parents never having money, and usually both working 2 jobs, and now with my dads hurt shoulder but cant afford to take off work and get it fixed (full torn rotator cuff) and his job involves lifting machines that make arthroscopic parts for the body (he works for Biomet)

anyways, so i always felt man one big cash and i can help with the bills or something, just a little something, ive never had my own room since i was born, and im finally getting my own after so long and im excited like im rich, when i know im not, this is not meant to be a sob story but i really do have a problem, i know it affects my game when i think about trying to help the family out or hitting big for me

and i ruin things because of that, ive always had a temper, but ever since i started online poker, its increased and ive been snapping at so many small things thats its not even funny

I know people like david, obga, tripped, fadi will come in to make fun of this but im for real when i say "im not ready for online poker and i have a problem"...i would like to be back in a year or even just 2 years, i might still play some tiny things, but i will be on my way to trying to quit after i pay back Tori's stake

Ive never told anyone that ive had a problem and why i sometimes tilt and get so angry and say and do things i should never do, but i guess after dee told me to tell the truth about the whole tori thing i had to say this because its true

i do have a gambling problem

if u wanna flame whatever its your choice, but id like some advice, this has nothing to do with what TA posted, because he has the respect from everyone, i may never earn it, but i have to say that i really do have a problem, especially tilting, when i cant just walk away

I feel that im not good in either spot, i seem to mess up in life when im doing good and when im doing bad, and i really think i need to work on it

well then im kid, get yourself ip banned from here, neverbeg, and then ban yourself form pokerstars,fulltilt, and w/e other site you play on

If you don't have money to loose don't gamble. Heres some advice email all of your poker sites and tell them you have a gambling problem and they will close your accounts. Seriously that will keep you from playing.

How old are you by the way if you don't mind me asking?

edit: DO NOT TRY AND WIN BACK THAT MONEY FOR THAT STAKE. Pay it off from the money you make working. If you try and win it and loose then your just going to tilt more.

real life issues affect ur poker play.....real life issues have resulted in me coming too close to being busto and now playing micro nl

needing to win while playing poker seriously affects ur play.....coming to the realisation that i dont need to win has resulted in me getting more enjoyment out of my games.

ur still young and if u pull urself together(it took me a long hard stressful tilting ~6mths and im still hardly bothered to play), poker can still be a very enjoyable hobby for u.

ask every site that you are on to ban you from playing real money for the next 12mths.

in the meantime, ask urself if u want to play for the enjoyment of it or cos u want to hit the big one......if u start back in a years time wanting to hit it big instead of wanting to enjoy it, give it up completely.


despite what a lot of people here and at NB think, ur a decent kid imo.....an annoying fucker at times but still a decent human being.......as for ur family problems kid, hopefully it all works out well for u all.

at the end of the day, life is like a jigsaw puzzle so the more effort u put in, the easier it is to piece together.

im really not annoying in person, im annoying online i know, its the tilt, its just wow i cant believe whats going on
