I've always waken up to my alarm clock (thanks to my phone) for the past couple months, since well, if I don't set it I'd end up sleeping all day (til 7 pm) and hate myself for sleeping so late.

So, does an alarm clock wake you up or do you wake up on your own?

Alarm wakes me up for work.

On the weekends I always seem to wake up right around the time I start work during the week.

My sleep is so messed up, I don't think I've woken up or gone to sleep at the same time two nights in a row for a few months

I have a biological clock that wakes me up at 6:30 every morning...

My alarm wakes me up and then I promptly turn it off and go back to sleep. Then I wake up realising I have 10 mins to get up and out the house and have a mad rush dropping breakfast on the floor and whatnot. I get out the house and think "I'm more tired now than when I originally woke up" and vow to get up early the next morning.

This cycle repeats 5 days a week.

i often work a shift that ends at 2-3AM. i get up when i get up, but, it's always before 7pm! if there's an appointment i need to make, then i'll use an alarm clock, but that's only several times a year.
