Apocalypto
I loveeeeeeeeeeeeeeeed it! I just watched it tonight. It just makes me love anthropology even more. It was amazing. A little over dramatized, but hey, it's Hollywood for ya. It definitely is one of the best movies I have seen in a while.
Has anyone else checked it out?

I'm thinking about buying it. But I'm kind of a history/antro/archaeology junkie. I love movies like this. I dig it! (hehe no pun intended)
It doesn't not pertain to true history just to let you know.

Gder.. do you have a crush on Leo DiCaprio? lol
UMM... Little Miss Sunshine is pretty good; Departed was grossly overrated, but substantial; Blood Diamond...umm... even though they are nothing alike, Last King of Scotland was better.

OK, but does it make sense, IE no blocking a rain of arrows with a buckler or Crusaders, for some odd reason, going to South America?

I heart Leo.
I heard a rumor he is gay, which is good, b/c Him an Orlando Bloom, and Patrick Antonius are prolly 3 guys I would go gay for.
Are you a crazy movie fan like me? B/c I need someone who can keep up w/ me. I have Last King Of Scotland @ home, I just have not gotten to watching it yet.
First I think ima watch Letters From Iwo Jima, then Last King.
IDK what the hell an archeology genre is (movies w/ sand?), but here is what I would recommend off the top of my head:
Indiana Jones
Lawrence of Arabia
The Treasure of the Sierra Madre
The Mummy
Ben-Hur

Are we talking about the same movie? Because those guys were totally Aztecs. Please note: I am using examples from other movies.
