There are no kids yet, so this does not need to be nearly that complicated. Different people are ready to commit to marriage at different times; but you are both so young and with you still going to school... I hope it is the rare "True Love".

Either way... you have to go to UVA or you will always regret it. You may also hold it against him in the back of your mind which will cause all sorts of friction. Even if you are married, you still have to live your life. Enjoy yourself at UVA, meet people, party a bit, study hard and get good grades. When he's in the country he can come see you, and you can go home on the weekends. You may be married, but you don’t have play the role of “Old Maid” yet.

If it really is love, you guys will make it through; and remember: what doesn’t kill you (break you up) will only make you stronger (bring you closer together). Good luck!
