Heres the deal. I signed up for this offer where they give you 20 dollars into your paypal account. I have a seperate email for my paypal which is different than the one that i use for everyday email. So, i have 20 dollars sitting in a paypal account that i cannot withdraw because i need another credit card to be able to transfer funds. Any help? I will even give this account away to you for some sort of exchange because 20 dollars is alot to just have sitting there right in front of you

Just register your bank account with paypal and withdraw it to that, you can also add more than one email to your paypal account too.
