Black Fuckin' Sabbath
Sorry to be a troll, but... best band ever. I thought that when I was 12 and I think it now.
The Game, Black Sabbath, and Rancid are my poker music. What's yours? Feel free to post some detailed playlists and such and such. I'm curious.

Dashboard, Fallout Boy, Weezer, Anything classical, a few random things when I am in the mood for them.
Oh yeah, and Nirvana.

I hate to say it but ITALIAN OPERA. For some reason it keeps me calm while at the table. I can take a bad beat listening to that and not go on tilt.

I rather enjoy classic rock when I'm playing. Anything from Skynard to Doors to Zeppelin to The Clash to Jethro Tull to The Who.
Or, I go with 80s and current rock, I love that new Buck Cherry song right now, Oysterhead, motley crue, whatever
Basically it just needs to be somewhat hard without being over the top aggressive. I also like to sing along while I'm playing

Rancid!! I take it you got the Lars Frederiksen and the Bastards albums? Well worth downloading (or buying ) if not.
For me:
System of a Down, Bad Religion, Libertines, Clash
I also have a "unwind" reggae selection when it hits the early hours can't beat a bit of Bob Marley.

rap is good poker music.
game, jay-z(reasonable doubt is a good album), young jeezy(he seems to be hit or miss though), tupac, biggie smalls, etc
i mostly listen to rock stuff but in poker i dunno why rap gets me in the zone

radiohead when i want to relax, some ryan adams as well for that purpose.
when i want rap, the game is always a great choice, as well as nas and jeezy (catchiest beats). talib kweli and mos def are my favorite rappers, though. i like common a lot, too.
modest mouse is always a standby, as well as beck. and coheed and cambria.
ben folds when i am in a corny mood.
i usually listen to dylan while playing, though.
