help creating UB account

I just downloaded UB (usually a poker stars player), when the program is opened i get an internet explorer error when i click on create an account. Do they usually have server problems? What should i do? Did it happen to anybody else?

I was playing all afternoon, are you running IE6.0? My need it for encryption (at least 5.5), and mess with your security settings.

I am using aol, and it wont seem to let me access the security settings for internet explorer, any help appreciated.
