What you did with them would be up to you of course. However, I'd just buy them with the intention of reselling them later on for a higher price. If you want, you could buy them and I could broker them for you for a 10% cut. I'm brokering a domain right now and we are now in mid-negotiations with a large domain acquisition company, dealing with a pricerange of half a million dollars.

You could develop them too of course, but unless you're a web publisher, it's much better worth your time to just buy and resell the domains.
