Default Opening a US Dollar account with a US bank.

Well, for business reasons I'm going to have to open a US dorrar account.
Any suggestions on the easiest way to do this despite being a non-resident? ^_^

Think my thread was more about opening a $ based Neteller account as a non US resident, and avoiding paying the 1.9% conversion charge on each cashout.

Where are you from Gryff?

If you are from the UK you can allegedly open up a tax free $US account based in a place such as Guernsey/Jersey. Infact I'm sure you can wherever you are from.

Here's an example:

Try searching under offshore accounts. You will find $US based accounts in places like Gibralatar or the Dominican Republic which are tax free.

If you're choosing offshore service you should do thru some agent or middlecompany which can consult with you about all the options..
