I will admit the screen shots do have me very interested.

Don't get me wrong. I hardly think that the HandAnalyzer is some huge important tool to help poker players. It is a silly little program that compares two hands. I happen to think that it does a very good job of that and does it in a very nice manner (with fancy graphs and charts) but there isn't much depth to the program.

That is why it is free! Try it or don't -- it is up to you.

I like being able to easily calculate the percentages of various hands at various stages and I find the HandAnalyzer a nice way to do it. I like catching Phil Gordon on Celebrity Poker in mistakes when he says "oh he only has a 12% chance from here" and he is wrong.

I think Phil does his analysis live, unlike the other shows, so I think hes doing it off the top pf his head, he's usually close enough.

OK got it to work.

Initial Impression: PokerStove is a HELLUVA lot more powerful. Davinci (as far I have found) can only do 2 players max. Even CP.com's calculator does 5.

But major coolness Kudos to the GUI. Pretty smooth. Card selector could have probably been done outside a pop-up, but its pretty quick. The graph of probable final hands is kinda nice.

Overall, worht playing with, not worth relying on.
