President Bartlett (AKA Martin Sheen) is about to embark on a drink, drugs and sex fueled college career at the National University of Ireland Galway to do a course in Psychology and English Literature.

Its bound to be strange going to the college bar and seeing him steamed up, hitting on the cute first years.
