Default Party Poker "Steps" Tournaments

Have you guys seen this?
http://www.partypoker.com/news/event...llenge-04.html

It is a series of 5 2-table SnGs First leve is a 11+1 top 4 advance to a 50+5.

It all ends at the 5 step, a 1000+65 20 person SnG with $9k first prize.

You can buy in at any step.

Sounds pretty interesting, although I have not done to well on the MTSnGs I have played (got my boat busted by rivered quads on one.)

The full structure is complicated, in 2-4, 7 to 15 players get at least something.

Be a stinker to be on the bubble on the 5th step.

Could be a fun evening next time I get down to $11

It is not a play all at once thing, all steps are continuously running, and you get an entry you can use at any time. A lot of people are buying right into the $1k tourneys.

I think it's a really great idea, especially for players who usually play the 50 buck type events, because now they'll be filled with more fish from the 11 buck tourn.

Cheers,

Mike

You can't even use it for other tournaments? it's only for this pyramid thing? that licks! You can't use your winnings from the 11 to enter 4 11 tourneys? Weird.
