Just shake your hands when you have a weak hand too to confuse opponents.
Or try and keep your hands out of view.
Or take diazepam/have 1 shot of alcohol before you play.

Get a blowjob from a hot scandie chick under the table during big pots.

Get a blowjob from a hot scandie chick under the table during weak hands too...trust me, it makes the game much more enjoyable...and you really don't care whether you win or lose

I would say do the same routine as in any other hand you play...
Calculate your pot odds, take a look at the opponents still alive in that hand, calculate their pot odds if you put them all in etc...
Oh and I like the idea of having an alcool shot and a blow job...

Play more, after you hit FH, Flushes, Quads, STflush, it will be the norm and you wont "get excited" for making a hand

Its very hard to make your hands shake convincingly, and fake hand trembling is probably more of a tell than real hand trembling.
Like puddles says, experience helps, after a while situations which used to be hand shakingly exciting become mundane.
Other than that some sort of meditation technique. Don't think about your hand, fill your mind with some other thought, and you'll calm down.

I get shaking hands all the time. It should really confuse opponents who don't know me. Most likely it means I'll pass out after the hand is over.
