So how differently do we play these hands if at all?

Personally I treat these hands extremely differently for a few reasons, the most important of which is when you are up against a hand like JJ/QQ you are closer to a coin-flip (about 46-47%), where with AKo you are closer to being a 60/40 dog (about 43%).

In non-all-in situations I play AKs much differently because you have a chance to flop big, and don't have to worry about getting moved off a hand post-flop. With AKo you only hit 2-pair+ like 4% of the time, where with AKs you also hit a 4-flush 11% of the time. So with AKo you flop a big hand 1 time in 20, and with AKs you hit a big hand (I consider the nut flush draw with 2 overs a big hand) once every six or seven flops.

Because of this I'm more willing to see flops with AKs when I'm up against a vanilla player, whereas with AKo I generally want to stay the aggressor because it requires more post-flop bluffing -- which is the opposite of what most people do in my experience. I see a lot of people raise and call 3-and 4-bets with AK, but stick it all-in with AKs.

Is it just me or does that make my Moshman stake outrageously valuable?! I had a 2 hour coaching session this morning and we covered alot of ground. He is a very good coach and his teaching methods are very good. He has a 10% ROI at the $100 SNG's just crazy! Jealous much
