    Default Any software programmers here??

Hi.. I was just curious, how many people actually do some programming?? This is what I do for a living (or did.. laid off, long story) and have a computer sci degree. So, I know a bit about coding, and I know a heck of a lot about the hacker mentality.

People need to educate themselves on these type of things when it comes to poker and software.. because, to me anyone who does would at bare minimum have a sense of "but what if..." when it comes to poker.

You need to. This is your money at stake! And it's just pure principle, and morale honor. My point is that.. I wish EVERYONE would be more skeptical because that's the only defense we have...

Even if you are winning. Heck.. I won and have won many times.. but I know in my heart it's a rigged game. Pure and simple.

I'm not simply relying on a feeling, I'm relying on a hacker's sense of spotting another hacker.

Ok, so that is still just a feeling. But, as a fellow software programmer, I just feel like I trust my feelings a bit more than I do from poker players who are not software programmers, because I think, it's you who are being fooled--even if you win.

If you win, and you're a poker player, you will then vouche for it's validity even more. Which is exactly what they planned. It's in their nature to use your own testimony towards it.

That's the nature of hacking. It fools the fooled, and then causes the fooled to not know they're fooled and vouch for them.

That's why if you remain skeptics-- and whether you believe or not, is one thing. But to be so strong in defending poker sites, that is what bothers me.. because, that's what hackers use as their method of misdirecting people's suspicions. It's their alibi. Their best defense.

The majority of sites aren't rigged. Most places that aren't legit, steal your money in other ways.

these sites rely on people playing for fun that dont know about poker,,i for 1 100% believe its rigged yet i play online, why? coz i see the patterns in it,if i flop the nuts i know i am beat,if i am low in a torney, forget it,if i am bigstacked i call every lowstacks allin,i'd rather play 68 than kk online, its so obvious to me these sites are rigged and like he says, they rely on obtuse players to back them up.why isnt this industry properly regulated? why arent our governments protecting us? these sites need closing down soon! its too addictive to be left alone surely especially with other sites track records, these sites are proven to be crooked, they are perfect for money laundering and collusion, its just stupid they are left to scam descent people out of money,i see it and i'm a winning player
