Default All kinds of software manipulation

I have been playng in pokerstars for the past 3 years. As an experient player, soon i have found my way in the extremely tricky world of online poker. I have won $ 9000 so far ( please check nickname luisss29 ), i can guarantee everyone, that the card draw at pokerstars isn't random, and the odds mean close to nothing. As you must know, about 80% of the players have negative results, and weaker players often bet with weaker hands. So, to protect the majority, means good business in a comercial perspective. Newcomers are as well protected with "lucky" results in the begining. And the comunitary cards ( flop, turn, river) are dealt in a way that fit the personal 2 cards of several players, to increase the pots, and give the idea that you have a real chance. Ex. Q, j ,10, with two diamonds... i have already contact the " Internal Audit Division" in the Isle of Man, just to know how is possible that a company whos onwers are facing justice in USA for serious crimes as, money laundry, false documentation, corruption etc... can work in Uk territory with a light supervision. Pokerstars is audit from a private company "cigital" each two years, can you guys believe this ??? Software manipulation is so easy to do and disguise... I am not a sore loser looking for revenge. I am a honest person, and i can guarantee that Pokerstars is not !!!

I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but Daniel Negreanu can say that PokerStars is rigged, but without evidence it'll just fall on deaf ears.

So with that in mind, I guess I'm curious as to what the point is? Can you prove PokerStars is rigged??

Only if Pokerstars is subjected to an audit made by UK authoritys. Even then, i doubt that the results would be free. I play poker for a long time over 1 million hands played so far at Pstars, if you play live you will notice a big diference believe me. Online gambling companys are powerfull and extremely profitable for the countries that host them. Money can buy a lot, and close the bigest mouths.
How can we trust pokerstars, whos owner have commited serious crimes , and is almost without surveillance. Do you trust ?

"if you play live you will notice a big diference believe me"....

I'm sorry but that just doesn't cut it. You need to PROVE this....as far as I can see this can only be done by a whistleblower or by proving that the results from a very large dataset differ significantly from random expectation.

Do you have a dataset like this or are you a whistle blower? If not I'm afraid I dont belive you.

I've actually had some crueller suck outs in live play than online...exactly the kind of unbeleivable cards that make you think....Live poker is rigged!!!

I trust them, yeah. It sounds like you do, too, since you've played so many hands on their site.

Speaking of which, if you've played 1 million hands on Stars, do you have proof then?

The only chance to prove that the software is manipulated, is to have acess to it. Internal Audit Division in the isle of Man have, but i believe they delegate it to a private company "Cigital". Fulltilt was shut down recently, next will be Pokerstars.

Was hoping for a little more concrete proof to be presented, a bit disappointed.

I don't need proof that you played 1 million hands. I'm just saying that if you've played that many hands, you should have enough data to see if there are any irregularities. Some form of proof to back up your claim that PokerStars is rigged.

Also, Full Tilt wasn't shut down because they are/were rigged.

officially, Full T was shut down because they were unable to return the funds of their costumers, $120 million. That is realy hard to believe isn't it ? Yes i have enough data and already have my results, with a default of aprox 21%. I asked Pokerstars to audit my hand history , and was answered simply they would not do it ! I have contacted Internal Audit Division in the Isle Man and was answered that Pokerstars was working according to law SIMPLE AS THAT ! In Portugal we have several casinos, Estoril is the bigest in Europe. Portuguese government have a department that work inside each casino 24h a day, to garantee fairness in all games. The results of their inspection are public and transparent. But that is in Portugal , not in "Isle of Man "
