Well, there isn't a point in arguing with you. I mean, it doesn't look as if you have any real proof, otherwise you'd have graphs/charts or excel sheets or something showing that you've been wronged.

(I also think that 1 million hands in the grand scheme of things aka the number of hands dealt daily, weekly, monthly, yearly, etc is minimal at best)

But I do have another question though -- do you still play on PokerStars?

I have contacted Internal Audit Division in the Isle Man and was answered that Pokerstars was working according to law SIMPLE AS THAT ! In Portugal we have several casinos, Estoril is the bigest in Europe. Portuguese government have a department that work inside each casino 24h a day, to garantee fairness in all games. The results of their inspection are public and transparent. But that is in Portugal , not in "Isle of Man "

It is regulated, but the legislation is permissive, they are mainly concern, if the money transfers are payed.

    Default Poker Site Apologists

Sorry Matt but you are the perfect example of lazy thinking that poker sites rely on to perpetuate their scams. I can actually write your reply to Luis posting his charts and evaluation...."Oh prove that you didn't make those results, histories up". I think this site should have a policy of all people defending sites so rabidly to STATE that they are not connected in any way with a site. There are quite a few people on these forum sites who are employed by poker sites to defend their "honour". Here is some evidence for you Matt. I recently emailed the licensing authority in Gibraltor concerning some questionable software manipulation on 888. I used the link ON THE GIBRALTOR gaming licensing site to contact them and got this result.

A site supposedly licensed by this authority and the link on the LICENSING authority fails.
    Try it yourself.
