Just a note, may be not correct...
BUT
When you are dealt a hand whilst disconected to the server... Your hand doesnt count...
As in, if a player is simply 'sitting out' they are dealt a hand that is folded on their turn.. and the cards still affect play (as in they wouldnt come up again etc)
Where as if a player is dealt a hand and they are not connected... they were never really dealt a hand a such, the table shows they were because thats the way it is(like in a tournament... all players get cards but offline players dont actually have cards)
This is strange in many ways though...
My first action would be, DO NOT contact carbon poker. Check the hand history first. buy it from a database or get it from your own database. Then contact them so that if they try and change it, youve got backup.
I'd sue them if this is the case.

I'm actually not concerned about this, figure it's just a bug. More or less for the reasons above. HandHistory didn't record, so it's like I never played.
