    Default Recommend same requirements for PM as Money Transfer post

    People should meet a minimum requirements such as that required to post in money transfers before sending PM's.

    Also, can you change this wankers handle from iflopsets to isuckballs?

    i got busted recently, i dont play high stakes or anything i stick on the .1/.2 .2/.5 tables.
