The Big Five (PS, UB, Party, Pacific, and Prima) have no reason to host freerolls for $100 or so to poker forums. Prima would be the best bet, but they're focused on hosting the biggest games, which they are doing very consistently. This is probably leading into gynormous buy-in tournies that get more pros advertising in TV tournaments.
The B and high C-level sites are much more generous.

I have like 5 sites wanting me to do freerolls with them, maybe I can work a co-sponsor deal with red to have us both listed...
