The banning seems inappropriate as she hasn't done a lot wrong besides argue and use swear words (which a lot of people do here).
Posting the PM she sent you in this way is just degrading and humiliating and to be honest childish. There is a reason why they are called "private".
Just let people be how they want to be and quit trying to change people (other than making them better players).

As Kid has said a couple time in my short term here: This is NOT a democracy. I think a simple e-mail to her telling her not to bother/annoy him with such petty requests may have sufficed, but she does come off as a bit self-important and may not have gotten his seriousness without the ban.
If it accomplishes anything, I just hope she stops tying all in CAPS. Her email to him being in caps woulda frustrated me. Epic, if/when you come back... please lay off the caps. Pretty please?

I don't really care that much, it's only a poker forum but I would think there should be some consistency here.
Epic has posted in her same style from day 1. Was she ever given a warning? If Kid or Mods don't like aspects of her posting style just warn her straight away and either she changes it or gets banned within her 1st 50 posts.
Fwiw I am not sticking up for her, I just think she should have been warned/banned alot sooner or not at all depending what type of forum you want.
