As far as posting the PM and publicly banning her, quite unnecassary. I'm fine with a ban but there is no reason to post a private message EVER, no matter how inane it is. Additionally, there's nothing to gain by publicly telling everyone she is banned. She isn't important to the forum so just ban her for 3 days and that's that.
I agree 100%

However, from what I have seen there is a looseness that needs to go away on PFO. Yes, it's a fun place to discuss poker, but funny slights have spiraled out of control.
What is the ideal PFO from the administrators' perspective?

The reason I ask is that I've been kicking around here for almost a year, but after discovering 2+2 a few months ago, I've been spending a lot more time there. If asked which forum I prefer, I'd pick PFO since it is smaller and I now have a pretty good idea which members give credible advice etc.

The flipside is that traffic is pretty low... Hand analysis and general strategy threads often don't get many views or replies.

Epic threads, in themselves, are awful. But people are drawn to bad accidents and epic threads alike and once they're here, they do seem to post a little more often in the other sections...

prime example,
look how many replies/views this thread has received over a retarded reason.
the bottom line is this forum is more of a fking around site than a poker forum designed to analyze play.
Granted there are some very good advice here, and very strong players, but we also are horridly lazy (im speaking as a majority, some posters consistently participate in HA,strategy.)
this will always be my forum home, but i also need more stimulating theory/HA/strategy, which is why i participate in 2+2.
