For Free Money, Rakeback and some 6x Ongame bonuses, I recommend PokerSource.
I recommend Cardrunners for superb poker coaching. It was honestly the single biggest improvement in my game signing up there! Sign-up fee might seem steep, but it pays itself back within weeks.

gder - Affiliate links/spamming is fine in the signature list, as per our site rules. It's the one place I allow people to spam.
Dee - For one thing, he was advertising another poker forum, and then he was trying to lay incentive on it saying he was going to pay members to post, etc.
I do not find it very nice when you go to somebody elses forum and try to steal their members.
