no need to be calling a Rock a slut - its cheap, ungentlemanly and just plain rude to a woman. u have ur own personal issues of some kind with single parents / kids / families etc etc - be happy for ur own situation with ur own kids and dont try to get involved in other peoples personal situations u know nothing/very little about. my own personal opinion on things.....dont say anything on a poker forum that u wouldnt say in real life. im hoping u wouldnt say this in real life.

ur a mom, therefore u have a kid, therefore u got one of the greatest gifts anyone could have - be happy......as a consequence of being happy, dont get involved in silly arguments on an internet forum as it reduces the level of happiness in ones blood stream.

I'd also like to add, about a year ago, before many of you joined this forum (hahah you noobs, j/k), there was like a bigass brawl. Kind of like the one that is brewing right now (it has not happened yet).

A bunch of cool poster got pissed at each other. And they left.
Now, I forget if I was in the brawl, and I forget what it was about.

So for the sake of happiness, I suggest ppl chill out. I will never leave, b/c I do not get offended/sad/mad/etc... But some of you, take stuff way too seriously. IMO its pretty stupid if you get pissed/or quit over something someone says on here. In fact, not only is it dumb, I think it may reflect on your tilt control in relation to poker. So for the sake of not tilting, you guys should take things lightly.

Like I know Eclipse doesn't tilt. And he always struck me as a real calm guy, who doesn't overreact to petty things. So take him as an example.

I understand where people can be coming from with the amount of flaming between people and forum masturbation over the girls, but I've been in favor of fairly open-flaming board for a lot of reasons.

A.) It's the fuckin' internet and yes, the line can be crossed, but it's still the internet.

B.) If the line gets pushed in a certain direction, people will always push it further.

Rock said that she still loves sex and that she's a single mom. I say "Good for her." My parents are divorced and I love that my parents dated as singles. Otherwise, they'd be fuckin' depressing. But when she says that, puritanical people like Pinguaq are going to make ridiculously blanket statements that he honestly believes and Rock's gonna take it personally. I'm not blaming Rock for what Ping said, but expecting everyone to accept your life choices or whatever is wishful thinking as you open up more and more no matter how short and sweet the statement. As dumb as Ping's comment was, it's as allowed as it is for you to say how you felt about it, but that didn't happen.

The guys going ga-ga over the pictures are just as "whatever." If the girls are gonna post pics on an internet forum, they're gonna face lude comments. The girls were obviously prepared for that before they posted 'em as they showed that they can have a sense of humor. No harm done there.

The flaming goes along the same lines. It's humorous. The people involved are just humouring themselves and the ones who aren't join in to humor themselves or just sit back and laugh. Why? Because it's just the internet.

I just read both of those threads as I've read a little, but considering the amount of posts in the two threads, I admit that I ignored the LC banter because I assumed that people grasp the non-poker discussion as a way to humor themselves and others.
