I'm thinking of adding a new forum called "Online Poker Room Discussion" or "Poker Site Discussion" or something similar to that effect. This will help alleviate some of the saturation in the General Poker Discussion thread and categorize things a bit better. What do you guys think?
Pros:
Helps organize the threads and forums a bit better
Easier to navigate and search the forum
Cons:
Could possibly be one too many forums making the site too large
May attract more spammers due to the nature of the forum name
What do you guys think? Please vote and comment, it will help me out a lot, thanks.

New Forum?

Wouldn't that take away from the Cardroom Bonus Section? I'd add a sticky in that forum linking to Site Reviews. If you were to add the forum, you could replicate either CardPlayer or ITH (I forget) and have a thread for each site with a poll to rate the site and reply with a review of some sort. That works.
If anything, I'd create Cash Games and Tournaments sub-forums under the umbrella of Poker Strategy. I think that this would encourage more general theoretical questions on top on saving confusion within threads themselves.
Or a Books Forum. That's what really gets lost in the Gen. Poker Forum.

The Online Sites wouldn't be reviews.. it'd be any discussion pertaining to them. For example, there are a lot of threads on "So many donks on blahpoker.com!" and things such as "There's a reload bonus at party right now" or "New site offers 95% rakeback" or "What is your favourite site" etc.

Yeah. Sounds good. I think if you're gonna do that, adding a Books Forum would be in order. Along with the site questions and searches, the books get a lot of action, too and frequently get lost. An "Other" could be a place with software questions, bankroll management and tracking, etc.

While there are a fair number of book threads, they don't compare to the sheer number of online site-related threads.. the problem with creating a new forum is that you have to be sure that it receives enough posts to make it worthwhile.

That being said, I think I may add another thread on whether to remove the Ladder section or not, since it never got much activity and since Marm is gone.

Yeah. Ladder die-die a long time ago.
When the Poker Strategy was added (Motherfuckers in Hi-Lo loving A3xx, I swear to God!)... Anyway, it didn't take long to move existing threads and it revived threads as well. I'll be playing all night it seems with little else to do because I have to call someone at 5AM in Germany. So if you want to do it now, I'll migrate on the other monitor.
EDIT: Shit! I thought this was hidden in the Mod Forum. Deleted some stuff.

Actually, when the forum was upgraded it made it a lot easier to mass move threads... probably 15x faster..

I'm going to want more votes on this poll before making my decision though.
