I raise with aq flop comes a97 my mate calls with 95 I raise he re raise, I go all in he calles turn 10 river 5. We turn our cards he taps the table an throws his cards. I win right?? He doesnt state what he has, but after he mucked them my other mate said you had two pair so he pulls his cards out the middle an goes to scoop the chips. I disagreed that he hadnt stated what he had an mucked so who should have won??

Some places they have to hit the muck wether that's over the line or in the other cards depends on your rules besides his mate Seen his cards his hands dead

Did he really muck them? You did not say if he threw his cards in face up or face down. You also did not say if the game used a dedicated dealer or a rotating deal. The dealer runs the game. If the cards were face up that's not a muck. If face down, and they touched other cards, that's a muck.
