Default Having the nuts just wasn't good enough

In the last 28 of a 268 player tournament, top prize of about $500, i limp in in middle position with

Not bad!

Wary of the flush draw, I consider my options when the two players to act in front of me both go all-in! This is of course an immediate call, even with the flush draw possiblities.

So I'm all-in with the nuts, looking to treble-up and have a decent stab at what would've been my biggest ever win.

First player turns over Second player shows:

Magic! both practically drawing dead against my made straight. It's worth mentioning at this point that after two hours of play, this is my first all-in situation with cards to come.

And the guy with dumps me out of what would have been the finest tournament display of my short career. Ouch!
