Default Mistakes here?

Sorry about the format but the hand converter makes it look even worse for Prima skins. Looking back I know I should've raised the flop bet, but I figured I can keep the 2 players that checked the flop in by just calling as opposed to making them call 2 bets cold.

It didn't seem like that threating of a flop, no flush possibilities, and anyone with something like AK probably would've raised PF, so I went for a slow play. Was this a bad flop to do this with? On the turn I couldn't put him on 2 pair and with him leading out and reraising I actually called his hand before the showdown. At least I might be getting better with my reads.
